Booking Terms<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>

Art. 1 \u2013 Booking<\/strong>
\nBookings can be made either through the automatic online system, by submitting a request using the form, or by calling one of the numbers at the bottom of the page. To confirm your booking, you may require:
\na) Valid credit card details as a guarantee
\na) Bank transfer
\nb) Payment via PayPal<\/p>\n

Art. 2 \u2013 Booking Validity<\/strong>
\nThe booking is valid only if confirmed by the property, which has been given the right to accept the commitment upon payment of a deposit.<\/p>\n

Art. 3 \u2013 Room Vacancy Deadlines<\/strong>
\nGuests must vacate their rooms between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Failure to comply with this deadline entitles the hotel to charge the daily rate.<\/p>\n

Art. 4 \u2013 Early Departures<\/strong>
\nGuests who cancel their hotel stay early will be required to pay the hotel the room rate for the entire period specified in the reservation.<\/p>\n

Art. 5 \u2013 Delayed Room Occupancy<\/strong>
\nDelayed room occupancy does not entitle the guest to extend their stay beyond the agreed-upon date.<\/p>\n

Art. 6 \u2013 Prohibition of Use of Heat-Producing Appliances<\/strong>
\nGuests are prohibited from using stoves or electrical appliances other than those provided by the hotel, such as irons and any other electrical or heat-producing appliances other than those used in ordinary toiletries.<\/p>\n

Art. 7 \u2013 Pets<\/p>\n

Pets are not permitted on the property.
\nCancellation Policy:
\nGuests may cancel a reservation within 7 days of the arrival date without penalty.
\nCancellations made up to 1 day before the arrival date will incur a penalty equal to the cost of the first night’s stay.
\nSame-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge for the full stay.
\nCancellations can be made by email or telephone.
\nIn case of early departure, the entire booked stay will still be charged.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
