Booking Terms
Art. 1 – Booking
Bookings can be made either through the automatic online system, by submitting a request using the form, or by calling one of the numbers at the bottom of the page. To confirm your booking, you may require:
a) Valid credit card details as a guarantee
a) Bank transfer
b) Payment via PayPal
Art. 2 – Booking Validity
The booking is valid only if confirmed by the property, which has been given the right to accept the commitment upon payment of a deposit.
Art. 3 – Room Vacancy Deadlines
Guests must vacate their rooms between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Failure to comply with this deadline entitles the hotel to charge the daily rate.
Art. 4 – Early Departures
Guests who cancel their hotel stay early will be required to pay the hotel the room rate for the entire period specified in the reservation.
Art. 5 – Delayed Room Occupancy
Delayed room occupancy does not entitle the guest to extend their stay beyond the agreed-upon date.
Art. 6 – Prohibition of Use of Heat-Producing Appliances
Guests are prohibited from using stoves or electrical appliances other than those provided by the hotel, such as irons and any other electrical or heat-producing appliances other than those used in ordinary toiletries.
Art. 7 – Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests may cancel a reservation within 7 days of the arrival date without penalty.
Cancellations made up to 1 day before the arrival date will incur a penalty equal to the cost of the first night’s stay.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge for the full stay.
Cancellations can be made by email or telephone.
In case of early departure, the entire booked stay will still be charged.
